Responsibilities:
End-to-end account ownership & leadership
Schedule initial platform capabilities overview with current and prospective clients
Prepare client-specific sales presentations
Create detailed program proposals
Present proposals for client approval
Work with internal accounting team to create program cost estimates
Deliver cost estimates to client for approval/signature
Work with client to collect program assets for execution (if needed)
Penetration & alignment
Prospect new target clients
New client outreach; phone, email, network
Secure initial overview meetings; phone and/or in-person
Quarterly revenue goals
Close deals monthly
Develop & maintain robust sales pipeline
Develop account growth strategy
- Achieve 90% renewal / repurchase rate
Relationship management
Understand client goals & objectives
Develop strategic client recommendations
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in sales/account management
Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships
Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Strong prioritization skills
Good interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers

Responsibilities
The Company is one of North America’s leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. The Company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics and home centers. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Job Duty
Revenue Budget Achievement: Deliver budgeted revenue income by client and by customer while maintaining expenses. Responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and closing those opportunities (i.e. expanded product distribution or increased promotional activity).
Customer Management: Meet or exceed client KPI’s to create “raving fans”. This includes but not exclusive to goals related to sales, distribution, pricing, shelving placement, promotional volume, and promotional spend levels. Establish regular communication with the clients and customers that lead to strong working relationships. Takes a proactive approach to managing the client’s business that anticipates its needs and provides solutions.
Business/Category Reviews: Coordinate efforts to develop and deliver sales presentations to clients and customers that highlight sales accomplishments and areas of opportunity. Incorporate the use the syndicated data to outline business building ideas.
Secure Client approved schematics for all clients’ brands by providing communication to our schematic, reset, and retail departments.
Administrative Partnership: Support the Business Administrative Assistant assigned by client to ensure that all correspondence and claim/deductions are promptly handled. Facilitate resolution with the client and/or customer as needed.
Forecast Planning Achievement: Achieve incremental growth by pursuing volume-producing merchandising at assigned Customer account

Travel and/or Driving Requirements
Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job

Minimum Qualifications
The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
(Preferred)
Field of Study/Area of Experience
3-5 years of experience in sales, OTC Healthcare brands and categories with retail chains in US marketplace
1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Ability to make oral presentations
Ability to develop strategic plans to grow the business
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadline

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
