Specialist, Paid Social (Remote)
The role we are looking to fill is for a Specialist of Paid Social. This person will be responsible for
day-to-day strategy and execution of paid social campaigns, by outlining effective strategies and
techniques for accounts, implementing paid media disciplines, presenting recommendations
and strategy to clients, as well as leading and mentoring junior team members. The role
requires a demonstrated and comprehensive knowledge of paid social to effectively drive
day-to-day tactical execution of the campaigns and continually exceed client expectations.
● Bachelor’s degree required
● 2+ years paid social experience
● Prior experience leading channel strategy, approach and plan development for paid
● Experience analyzing paid campaign results and developing
● In-depth experience managing campaigns within (but not limited to): Meta
(Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter
o Meta Blueprint certification
o Previous experience managing others
● Advanced computer skills, proven proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs
● Lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple clients,
including but not limited to account strategy development, setup, and management
● Must have experience working directly in social platforms managing paid campaigns
including but not limited to: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn,
TikTok, Twitter, etc.
● Monitor campaign performance, including owning budget pacing
● Build and establish client relationships by acting as the lead day-to-day contact for client
communication, running client meetings, statuses, and presentations.
● Supervise, train and mentor junior team members to build skillsets, and foster strong
career growth trajectory within the AMP paid social team
● Help manage workflow and allocation of tasks to Paid Social Coordinators on the team
● Act as a ‘quality assurance’ manager to ensure all deliverables are client-ready &
error-free before they are sent externally

● Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency and present data-driven
recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices
● Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaign performance, and
provide insights and recommendations
● Monitor media and competitive trends, best practices and techniques to demonstrate
thought leadership, both internally and externally, ensuring account growth and
identifying new opportunities

● Be comfortable managing upwards when necessary, to tap into Director and/or

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Drive the execution of paid search, SEO, and/or media marketing programs to meet client needs.
• Develop and manage implementation of program and strategy to ensure all timeframes and budgets are adhered to.
• Manage multiple paid search budgets and forecasts for assigned client program.
• Aid in Paid Search, SEO, and/or media competitive analyses – keyword/bidding strategy, architecture review, content/bidding optimization, and offsite authority.
• Provide client business and marketing recommendations.
• Analyze and present results and reports for clients to measure the value/impact of performance based programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
- Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
(Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:
2-4 years of experience with combined media experience, preferably in an Agency environment
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Possess an in-depth understanding of search engine marketing, and digital marketing;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team;
• Extremely organized and high attention to detail;
• Expresses oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely, and thoroughly;
• Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing;
