About the Sr. Business Coordinator role:
The Sr. Business Coordinator role will support the Business Management team. The Sr. Business Coordinator will act as our team’s jack-of-all-trades and will have exposure to projects from a wide range of business activities. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-directed individual who is detail-oriented and can work autonomously. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to pursue a career in eCommerce and/or digital marketing, and there is strong potential for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities include:
From within Amazon’s back-end Vendor Central and Seller Central cloud platforms:
Update clients’ catalogs including item attributes and creating variations.
Proactively monitor clients’ catalogs to ensure that any changes Amazon or 3P sellers make are detected and communicated to the Business Manager.
Open support cases and reply to email notifications for urgent issues.
Pull data and reports.
Load coupons and report on metrics.
Conduct business analytics and ROI analyses.
Maintain client documents including price list, variation trackers, profit analysis, etc.
Make recommendations to the Business Manager that will enable our team to deliver strong sales growth and excellent customer service to our client.
Coordinate task management with offshore team as necessary.
Maintain knowledge of external data processing tools, such as Profitero, Sellics, and Keepa.
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years relevant work experience (can be during college)
Extremely comfortable in spreadsheets and doing analysis
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Tech savvy and comfortable using cloud-based systems
Approaches work with a sense of urgency and effectively able to prioritize and exercise good judgment
Demonstrated experience as an effective team player with strong communication skills, reliability/integrity/maturity, and ability to self-start
Must be comfortable with the learning curve/constant change that comes with operating in the fast moving, ever-changing world of eCommerce
Must be able to prioritize and be comfortable with both ongoing projects and ad hoc requests
We operate primarily on G-Suite (G-Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.); experience using G-Suite is a plus. At a minimum, must be adept at Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and willing to make the transition to G-Suite.
Must have a dedicated office at home or elsewhere with access to secure high-speed internet and phone, and sufficient space for additional monitors. This is not a job that can be done at a coffee shop or while traveling.
Must be ok to travel for training & company offsites.
Compensation Overview:
Competitive compensation depending on experience that includes base salary, 401K eligibility, health insurance, and monthly stipend for phone.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Position Summary
The Senior Account Coordinator functions as the point of contact for program scheduling, tracking and reporting, assists with executional program support, and conducts various projects on behalf of the agency and client. Primary role is to assist with project management details throughout the promotional planning and execution process.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support for agency and/or client with day-to-day program management, research projects, status reports, meeting recaps, and budget tracking
Assist with the development of program presentations/manual instructions for clients and researches third party vendors and organizations and facilitate partnerships
Perform project management duties for program execution to ensure deliverables are consistently completed on time while supporting agency partners with facilitation of deliverables and updates
Communicate and interact effectively with agency team members in all departments and/or clients to deliver timely information and reports

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required) Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Marketing or equivalent job-related experience
3-5 years of experience in agency or account coordinator role, consumer promotions
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Team building Skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
Analytical and research Skills
Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained
Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
