Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Retail Management team and internal Client Team as needed.

  • Administer, design, format, collect, and distribute team communications and distribution of team mailings based on specific client and customer needs.

  • Develop creative presentations and information that "publish-up" to senior management (both client and company) the value of the retail team.

  • Assist with design and ongoing upkeep of interactive team website for the client, field associates, and management on Company Connects.

  • Partner with Training and Business Development teams to support ongoing associate development on the team.

  • Partner with company ARTS team thru handheld / Tablet PCs and customize the software to communicate client and customer’s objectives at store level in an efficient and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree inMarketing or Corporate Communicationsrequired or equivalent job-related experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in Administration

  • Web design experience preferred

  • Strong project management skills

  • Creative written and verbal communication skills

  • Clear and concise creative design of selling materials for client brands

Position Summary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the Retail Management team and internal Client Team as needed

  • Administer, design, format, collect, and distribute team communications and distribution of team mailings based on specific client and customer needs

Website Design

  • Responsible for creating interactive websites for field associates and management

  • Develop creative presentations and information that "publish-up" to senior management (both client and company) the value of the retail team

  • Assist with design and ongoing upkeep of interactive team website for the client, field associates, and management on Company Connects

Team Development

  • Partner with Training and Business Development teams to support ongoing associate development on the team

  • Partner with company ARTS team thru handheld / Tablet PCs and customize software to communicate client and customer’s objectives at store level in an efficient and effective manner

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Marketing or Corporate Communications or equivalent job-related experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in Administration

  • Web design experience preferred

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Excellent website design creativity

  • Strong project management skills

  • Demonstrate the ability to adhere to deadlines

  • Creative written and verbal communication skills

  • Clear and concise creative design of selling materials for client brands

  • Must have the ability to communicate directly with client contacts to ensure team materials are professional, organized, and properly distributed

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines

  • Advanced level computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers

  • Must have high level of technology expertise

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
