Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the management of new and ongoing programs, which includes, but is not limited to meeting with client teams to collect program information, a system set up, training manual creation, working with field teams to staff and execute events, as well as assist in final reporting and billing.

  • As the lead for such programs, assist in the planning, implementation, communication, and execution of such programs to include but not limited to interaction with existing and new clients to determine their needs and develop and maintain a plan of action for program execution.

  • Create online portals using the Microsoft Windows SharePoint system. Work with new and existing customers to develop communication plans that meet client and process needs; this may include but is not limited to SharePoint sites, websites, videos, newsletters, and basic emails to effectively communicate to field-based associates.

  • Responsible for recognizing problems, evaluating alternatives, and finding solutions that may require follow-up with an individual Field Manager and/or other departments until resolved. Escalate as needed in order to get the matter resolved.

  • Creating, maintaining, and implementing team standard operating procedures as well as team key performance indicators and service level agreements.

  • Take incoming calls from field representatives and management in regard to event execution and general inquiries. Orchestrate the placement of outbound calls to managers, representatives, and stores as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required;Call Center experience preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in operations and customer service; both with external customers and internal employee support

  • Strong written communication and verbal communication skills

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers

Position Summary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Programs Project Management

  • Ensure the management of new and ongoing programs, which includes, but is not limited to meeting with client teams to collect program information, system set up, training manual creation, working with field teams to staff and execute events, as well as assist in final reporting and billing.

  • As the lead for such programs, assist in the planning, implementation, communication, and execution of such programs to include but not limited to interaction with existing and new clients to determine their needs and develop and maintain a plan of action for program execution.

Communication Tools

Conduct additional research to resolve inquires, issues resolution, and troubleshooting

  • Responsible for recognizing problems, evaluating alternatives, and finding solutions that may require follow-up with an individual Field Manager and/or other departments until resolved Escalate as needed in order to get the matter resolved.

  • Work with cross-departments to solve and implement changes and solutions.

Other tasks or projects assigned by management

  • Creating, maintaining, and implementing team standard operating procedures as well as team key performance indicators and service level agreements.

Call Center Support

  • Take incoming calls from field representatives and management in regards to event execution and general inquires.

  • Orchestrate the placement of outbound calls to managers, representatives, and stores as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct Reports

  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports

Indirect Reports

  • Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Travel and/or Driving Requirements

  • Travel is an essential duty and function of this job. Driving is not an essential duty or function of this job.

  • Travel up to 10%

Minimum Qualifications

The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level:

(Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations and customer service; both with external customers and internal employee support

  • Call Center experience preferred

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Strong written communication and verbal communication skills

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

• Strong prioritization skills

• Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadline

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
