Responsibilities:
Conduct operational analysis, including, but not limited to, collecting and analyzing data to generate recommendations for staffing and process improvements to key business leaders.
Manage the monthly workforce demand forecasting, capacity planning, department financial reporting process, including, but not limited to, analysis of actual results vs. forecasts and providing details to support future forecasts. This includes providing recommendations for the monthly and annual budget-setting and business planning process.
Manage and maintain workforce financial and operational scorecards.
Manage ad-hoc projects based on business or client requests.
Develop and deliver presentations as necessary.
Partner with and train other functions to ensure all users understand and are able to interpret data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required;Preferred experience in Project Management, Workforce Planning, Management Consulting
2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate consulting or similar position
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Must be able to present information to executives and clients as needed and be able to participate in meetings with other business partners
Advanced MS Excel, including pivot table creation, advanced formulas, VLOOKUP function

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Preferred experience in Project Management, Workforce Planning, Management Consulting
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate consulting or similar position
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong critical thinking skills
Must be able to present information to executives and clients as needed and be able to participate in meetings with other business partners
Must be a self-starter, able to prioritize effectively, work independently or as part of a project team to complete multiple tasks concurrently
Advanced MS Excel, including pivot table creation, advanced formulas, VLOOKUP function
Basic understanding of statistics including standard deviation, mean, median and regression
Intermediate to advanced MS Access, including importing large data files, query creation, create macro, read/edit/write VBA in modules (not required)
Demonstrate knowledge of and experience with software tools to create, edit, and analyze complex reports, graphs, and presentations
Be able to make sound decisions and the ability to take initiative and accountability for the accuracy of information
Independently take ownership of projects to completion by effectively coordinating all the necessary resources
Resolve complex, non-routine problems and issues where no precedent has been established or exists with no supervision
Must perform the job safely and utilize proper safety techniques and use of equipment when appropriate

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
